Made of a tough, lightweight composite, UnderDeck Shield panels are impact-resistant, weather-resistant, and easy to handle. All our panels can be installed from above on new decks, or any deck without decking in place, or from below on elevated, existing decks.
Panel A is installed first, against the house.
Panel B is required for decks over 4 ft. in width, and are engineered to interlock with Panel A and Panel C.
Panel C is required for decks over 8 ft. in width, and are engineered to interlock with Panel B.

If your deck is new or if you're in the process of getting new decking, a topside Installation is your best bet. A topside install delivers the added benefit of protecting your joists from moisture and extending the life of your deck.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at support@underdeckshield.com within 48 hours of placing it. We’ll do our best to process your request; however, orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Warranty
UnderDeck Shield is covered by a 3-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects including cracking, splitting, warping under normal conditions, and water leakage when properly installed.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper installation
- Misuse or modification
- Weather events or external damage
- Normal wear and tear
